Make an app. with your Dr. and she/he will give you a prescription.

I get migranes, and strangely enough, advil works great for me, other meds dont really help. My boyfriend actually bought me some Pepto to help with the nausea, and it worked pretty well!!

I get migraines with nausea and sometimes vomiting. I take 4 ibuprofens and pepto or maalox for nausea. I have to get into a dark room that is quiet and lay down. If i am at work i usually tough it out with the meds

Try Cannabis! If it works become a card holder, it also works to relieve magraines too! It works very well with nausea!

Try taking a med with the substance metaclopramid like Maxolon, don’t know, maybe you need a prescription. 10 to 15 minutes after that, take 2 pills of Paracetamol OR Aspirin (in case your not allergic), this should help in 30 to 60 minutes time.

See your doctor if you get lots of migranes to be sure it is migranes. Until then extra strenght advil and if you can keep down maybe gravel for the stomache. Then head to a dark room and lay down.
