Fioricet is a very dangerous drug, because it has 3 drugs in it. Acetaminophen (aspirin), Butalbital
(a heavy duty pain killer and NARCOTIC), and Caffeine.
there have been a number of cases involving all 3 drugs, reporting (Liver Damage) and drug interactions
Caffeine has not proven effective in relieving pain, but causing aggravated incontinence, insomnia, and may lead to dependence-causing withdrawal headaches. i call it THE CEMENT SOMBRERO, it like coffee withdrawals.
the butalbital a barbituate (a narcotic). i recommend that you not start it, due to the dependency
on it, and withdrawals that occur with the drug.
you’d be better off just taking aspirin, which might upset your stomach, or worse yet lead to a
bleeding ulcer.
i recommend going to a health food store, or calling around to see who carries it. (Licorice Root)
you just keep chewing it, until your headache is gone.
better yet, get some licorice root tea, and sip at it all day, every day to prevent your headaches.
another thing you should do is massage your neck, or have someone do it for you. also, try to
find out, what’s causing your tension, and act on getting rid of the cause instead of taking drugs
for it.
